The kitchen, with a large island/breakfast bar, has everything you need including a solid wood dining table that accommodates 10 for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The connecting utility room has a washing machine, tumble dryer, large American-style fridge freezer and a separate sink/drainer. The house has high-speed fibre optic internet, so you can enjoy connected living throughout the house and also in the gardens, air-conditioning and central heating throughout, and is secured with a monitored security alarm. All bedrooms have their own bathroom, black-out blinds, mosquito nets in the windows, and plenty of storage with built-in wardrobes. Two of the master bedrooms (one upstairs, one downstairs) are equipped with a safe. The rear garden boasts a 15-metre, salt-water, heated swimming pool, large enough for kids and adults to share without feeling over-crowded and which has a practical electric cover. In the south east corner, you will find a large Bali-bed and Hammock area for relaxing, surrounded by exotic tropical plants, a wonderful place to chill in the afternoons and watch the sun go down over the mountains. The villa is the ideal destination for a large family or for two families with children.
