Designed on three floors, it offers two double bedrooms with bathroom en suite and dressing room, plus a master suite of almost 40m2, with terrace overlooking the Serra de Tramuntana. On the ground floor, the property is accessed through the main entrance or through the garage, with capacity for one vehicle. Next, a bright entrance hall welcomes you to this luxurious townhouse. From here you can reach the bedrooms, located on the 1st and 2nd floor, or the living/dining room with integrated designer kitchen. Outside, there is a porch accessible from the kitchen for nice evenings with family and friends in summer, as well as a small garden with swimming pool and chillout area. The renovation has been carried out by a well-known architect and the design of the house has been done by a developer recently arrived from neighbouring Ibiza, taking care of all the details and using excellent materials and finishes. The whole house is equipped with underfloor heating and air conditioning, ambient lighting by zones, and perfectly insulated for greater energy efficiency.
Alaró: Location and surroundings of this property
The picturesque town of Alaró is located in a quiet valley between two well-known mountains at the south of the Sierra de Tramuntana. It’s set in the centre of the island and has currently over 5,000 inhabitants. Palma is within a 20 minute drive, as well as the nearest beaches and the airport. This small, yet lively town has numerous restaurants, supermarkets, schools, chemists, banks and much more. It stands out for its ancient architecture and the narrow cobbled streets in the oldest part of the town, which offer a traditional charm, as well as the nature that surrounds it. Its inhabitants of all types of nationalities provide it with a magnificent cultural diversity. One of the best-known places is the Castell d'Alaró, which has stunning views of the Majorcan countryside and the bay of Palma, and is about two hours walk away from the town centre. Alaró is well-chosen by cyclists and hikers since it has some of the best routes on the island. The most important industry was the footwear industry, which had over 30 factories. Nowadays the Tony Mora workshop can still be found in Alaró, which is worldwide known for its handmade cowboy boots.
