Distributed in several buildings, we have a main building with reception, fitness area, meeting room, and 14 bedrooms spread over 3 floors. All bedrooms have air-conditioning. A new annex has been built with 2 additional luxury suites, with AC and underfloor heating, plus a spa treatment room. There is also an annex built in 2020 with a lounge dining room with industrial kitchen, next to the 70m2 saline chlorinated swimming pool and the beautiful gardens with indigenous plants and fruit trees. There are several areas for outdoor activities, such as a multi-sports court that can be converted into paddle or tennis courts. In addition to the buildings for guests, there is a 165m2 building with living room and staff bedrooms, and several converted warehouses to house the workshop, laundry and machinery. The property has a water purification and decalcification system, is fully fenced with video intercom access to the property and Wifi via satellite. It also has 2 oxidation septic tanks that comply with current regulations. This establishment is currently offered with an active and ecological tourism programme, based on healthy eating and sport. There is the possibility of operating the hotel on one's own account, or continuing to work with the company that currently runs the operation on a rental basis.

Sencelles: Location and surroundings of this property

Sencelles is a municipality in the centre of Mallorca, and is comprised of a town of the same name and hamlets, such as Biniali, Ruberts, Jornets, Judi, and Cascanar Laiar, which have a special charm, especially for those who admire a rural peaceful lifestyle. It provides several grocery stores, as well as restaurants and cafes, a pharmacy and sports centre, amongst others. It has around 3.000 inhabitants and the weekly market is held every Wednesday. The surrounding landscape is part of the wine region with the denomination of origin of Binissalem. There are a number of wineries, such as the "Celler Can Ramis", which produces and sells its own wine, "Son Prim" winery where you can taste their harvest. The town is well-known for its statue of Sister Sor Francinaina Cirer, who was sanctified in 1989. Some of the elements and features from her life are preserved at her birthplace (18th - 19th century) at the convent of the Sisters of Charity. Sencelles is very well connected with the rest of the towns and is about 30 minutes’ drive away from the centre of Palma, the airport, and nearby beaches.
