This new building project with an unobstructed view of the Bay of Palma is under construction and is scheduled for completion in the Summer of 2023. The concept of the owners is to create a finca that combines modern architecture with typical details of the country. Here, value is placed on the use of local materials. The design of the single-storey property fits perfectly into the gently sloping plot. In the living area there will be two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, as well as the master bedroom with bathroom en suite and dressing area. In the living room of the property, floor-to-ceiling glass doors across the entire south side reveal the breathtaking far-reaching view of nature. The kitchen by the well-known manufacturer Bulthaup is fully equipped with electrical appliances by Miele, Bora and Liebherr. For the interior, emphasis is placed on high-quality materials in warm color tones and state-of-the-art technical equipment. In the basement there will be an underground garage for three vehicles. In the outdoor area of the property, one will find the 14-metre-long pool, which is surrounded by Mediterranean plants and invites to linger. Other features include underfloor heating via heat pump, full air conditioning, high quality fitted wardrobes in the bedrooms. The water supply is provided by a private well and the finca is connected to the public electricity grid
