Vilafranca de Bonany: Location and surroundings of this property

Located in the centre of Mallorca, Vilafranca de Bonany is a municipality belonging to the "Pla de Mallorca", with a population of about 3,000 inhabitants. It was separated from the municipality of Petra in 1813 and has formed its own municipality ever since. It borders the towns of Felanitx, Sant Juan, Porreres and Manacor. Vilafranca is known for the production of melons, which are grown here. In the first week of September, the famous melon fair is held, including a melon competition for the largest melon.
