This new apartment project is located close to the centre of Palma, in El Terreno, a historic district of Palma where world-famous writers, actors and artists once lived. Gomila is part of a new rental project with a total of seven buildings and a variety of rental options. All apartmens have one to three bedrooms, living room, equipped kitchen, garage space and the possibility to use one of the two pools and the fitness centre in the overall concept, all included in the rental price. The residential units vary in size and almost all have a private terrace. Incorporated in the project are various restaurants, bakery, flower shop and a small 24/7 supermarket. All houses, and thus also the apartements, are built sustainably, equipped with underfloor heating and double-glazed windows. Responsible for this project are the two renowned architectural firms MRVDV from the Netherlands and GRAS from Mallorca, who breathed life into this project with a great deal of energy to enable a holistic project for the revitalisation of Plaza Gomila and its surroundings.
