Bonaire, Mal Pas, Manresa is a rugged peninsula set within the fabulous bay of Pollensa. This little coastal resort is recognised for its natural beauty, surroundings and tranquillity, the landscape dominated by the blue sea, mountains, valleys and pinewoods, resulting in an incredibly beautiful coastline. The small coves are a well-kept secret from the masses with cool clear waters, views right across the bay to Puerto Pollensa and Formentor and spectacular sunsets. There are two residential areas, Cielo de Bonaire and Paraíso de Bonaire, which are situated at different heights on the La Victoria mountainside with sea views. In addition, the residential areas of Manresa and Mal Pas are closed by with spectaculars first sea line properties, some that have remained in the same families for years. With no large hotels, the area has remained prestigious and peaceful with a few basic services including a pharmacy, dive centre, a small marina Puerto Cocodrilo and a handful of good restaurants. Alcudia old town is only 1.5km away and the Port of Alcudia with all its facilities, not much further. Snorkelling, diving, kayaking and sailing are some of the favourite summer sports enjoyed in the area. For golf enthusiasts, the 18-hole golf course at Alcanada is only 4 km away.
