Santa Eugenia is a municipality in the centre of Mallorca, made up of the village of the same name and the towns of Ses Alqueries, Ses Olleries and Ses Coves. Around 1,700 people live here. The small village is nestled against the small mountain Puig de Santa Eugenia and offers a great view over the rural surroundings. Dense pine and holm oak woods, typical of Mallorca, also cover the municipality. Santa Eugenia is characterised by its beautiful listed façades, its partly steep alleys and its historic flour mills. In addition, the countless caves of the hilly landscape "Ses Coves" have contributed to its name.
