This is an amazing country property in Pollensa, with historical roots and masses of character that has been beautifully renovated seamlessly combining tradition, perfection and modern comforts. Outside are fabulous gardens, endless olive groves and fruit orchards, private tennis court and a wonderful pool area with sun terraces. The pool area is spectacular, very well equipped with awnings and parasols, comfortable sofas for rest, Balinese bed, a long table to enjoy an outdoor barbecue with facilities to cook and more to discover. The interiors are spacious, light and highly comfortable. The construction is impressive with thick walls, spectacular arches, high ceilings with exposed wooden beams and terracotta floors. On the ground floor are an antique olive press that is now an integral feature of the grand living room, here there is also a large fireplace and access to a beautiful porch with summer dining and plenty of room to relax. A very peculiar dining room next to the huge well-equipped kitchen that includes an office room for meals preparation with additional refrigerators. Large furnished porch with outdoor dining room and terraces. Three of the bedrooms are on the ground floor with two shower rooms and a guest toilet. Upstairs are two more double bedrooms, one bathroom with tub and shower, as well as a further shower room and there is a second sitting room with TV also opening to a wonderful covered veranda and breath taking views over the countryside to Pollensa and Alcudia. The house has central heating, several fireplaces, hot/cold air conditioning and fans. Also a housekeeper who takes care of the house and guests respecting privacy. This is an incredibly special and privileged environment to enjoy your stay in Mallorca.
