San Lorenzo (in Mallorcan: Sant Llorenç des Cardassar) is a quiet little town in the North East of Mallorca. The weekly market takes place on Thursdays in the traditional market square. Smaller shops, restaurants and cafés are available all year round. Manacor, the second largest town in Mallorca and home to the famous Rafael Nadal Tennis Academy with an international school, and the popular medieval town of Artá are just a ten-minute drive away. The beautiful sandy beaches of Cala Millor and Sa Coma are around 15 minutes away. Golf enthusiasts will enjoy the four excellent golf courses in the surrounding area. The beautiful countryside around San Lorenzo is ideal for hiking and cycling. The international airport can be reached in just under 40 minutes by car.
