This unique historic natural stone finca built around 1820 was completely renovated in 2020, whereby the listed original façade was preserved and lovingly restored. The building consists of two halves, which are separated from each other and have their own entrances. The plots also have separate entrances. As this is a historic finca that has always been located on two adjoining plots, the presence of two residential units in one building is legally unobjectionable in this case. However, both residential units can also be connected to each other if required. The room layout in the two halves is similar. On the light-flooded ground floor there is a living room with a stove, an open kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom. Upstairs there is another bathroom and one or two bedrooms, one of which has a dressing room and the possibility of installing an en suite bathroom. A little apart from the house on the highest point of the finca is the saltwater pool with spectacular views of the Alcúdia bay and the Tramuntana mountain range. Further features of this dreamlike finca are underfloor heating via a heat pump, wooden windows with double glazing, decalcification system, telephone and internet, as well as an alarm system. The power supply is self-sufficient via solar panels with a powerful battery and generator. The finca is connected to the town water network and there is also a rainwater cistern. A piece of authentic Mallorca in the midst of untouched nature.
