This beautiful new building finca is situated on a plot of approx. 16,000 m² between Santanyi and the Mondrago nature park. Construction has already started and completion is expected by the end of 2023. The finca extends over one level and has a spacious living/dining area with adjoining open kitchen of approx. 57m2. In addition, there is a utility and storage room as well as a guest toilet. The bedroom with en suite bathroom and dressing area offers access to its own terrace. Outside there is a 32m² pool and a small building with a sauna and a technical room. There is an additional building where a garage with space for a vehicle and a machine room is planned. The whole building is about 98m2 and can be converted into two bedrooms with two bathrooms after the building inspection, the basement area is then planned as a wellness area. Underfloor heating and air conditioning ensure a pleasant atmosphere in the house all year round. In a wonderfully Mediterranean landscape, this finca offers an exceptional tranquil place of exquisite privacy, without foregoing good access to the popular village of Santanyí with its numerous restaurants, shops and weekly market.

Santanyí: Location and surroundings of this property

Santanyí is situated in the extreme southeast of Mallorca, about 56 km from Palma and some 12 km inland from the coastal resort of Cala D’Or with its charming marina, bars and restaurants. The village in the Southeast, with its nearly 12,000 inhabitants, is one of the most beautiful in Mallorca. The houses are built in the original Majorcan style with their typical Marés sandstone. The shops offer fine fashions, local jewellery and ceramics and every Wednesday and Saturday you can enjoy the hustle and bustle of one of the most delightful markets of the island. The Mondrago Natural Park is in the vicinity with its two beautiful bays, Mondrago and S’Amarador and for golfers the Vall D’Or golf club with outstanding views of the sea is just a 20 min. drive away. Among the many other beautiful bays in the area are Cala Llombards, Cala Santanyí and Cala Figuera where you can still see the traditional Mallorcan fishing boats coming in and out every day offering their wares for sale right in front of your eyes as you walk around the most picturesque old harbour of the island.
