Manacor: Location and surroundings of this property

Manacor is the second largest city on Mallorca and has developed in recent years into a very popular location with international flair on the island. A crucial role is thereby played by world-class tennis player Rafael Nadal, who has his academy located in Manacor. The tennis academy has been extensively expanded over the years to include a modern international school (kindergarten, elementary school, high school, boarding school according to the British school system) and one of the most modern fitness centers in Europe. Manacor has a beautiful city center with many historic churches, cafes and restaurants. There are several large supermarkets, hardware stores, stores with high quality interior design, doctors, pharmacies and clothing stores. The beautiful coast with several fantastic beaches like Cala Romàntica or Cala Anguila can be reached in a few minutes by car and even for water sports enthusiasts there is the possibility to set sail nearby in Portocolom or Porto Cristo.
