In the area of Calvià & Es Capdellà time flows slower. Far away from the intensive tourism and the city noise, this area is mainly influenced by the sociable Mallorquin lifestyle. The countryside is plenty of traditional fincas built in the Mediterranean style with very generous plots and mansions which are perfectly adapted to the beautiful nature of the southwest of Mallorca. Furthermore, the golf courses of Santa Ponsa I, II and III, the golf course of Poniente as well as the Royal Golf Club of Bendinat are five excellent courses which are also situated in the surroundings. The luxurious yacht harbour Puerto Portals and the new jetset harbour Port Adriano are also reachable at short distance by car.
