Furthermore, there is a private, partially covered parking space right next to the front door. Inside the house one will enter directly into the living room and from there to the right into a small hallway with bathroom and double bedroom. Straight ahead is the spacious kitchen with access to the covered terrace and the garden of approx. 40m2 with lemon tree, where one can choose to relax in the shade or in the sun. The staircase in the kitchen leads up to the first floor with the second bathroom and three further double bedrooms, one of which currently serves as a spacious dressing room. In front of the master bedroom, with a small WC and wash corner, is an open terrace with magnificent far-reaching views. This townhouse is exceptionally bright as well as cosy and offers a perfect home - both as a primary residence and as a holiday property. The village of Santa Maria with great gastronomy is only a few minutes away, and the drive to Palma centre or the beach takes only 20 minutes. Further features: Air conditioning with hot-cold function, natural stone façade, fiber optic internet.
Santa Eugenia: Location and surroundings of this property
Santa Eugenia is a municipality in the centre of Mallorca, made up of the village of the same name and the towns of Ses Alqueries, Ses Olleries and Ses Coves. Around 1,700 people live here. The small village is nestled against the small mountain Puig de Santa Eugenia and offers a great view over the rural surroundings. Dense pine and holm oak woods, typical of Mallorca, also cover the municipality. Santa Eugenia is characterised by its beautiful listed façades, its partly steep alleys and its historic flour mills. In addition, the countless caves of the hilly landscape "Ses Coves" have contributed to its name. Santa Eugenia also offers a wide range of restaurants and cafés, a public school, small supermarkets, a pharmacy, some bank branches and a sports centre. Besides being very close to the most known bodegas in the central region of the island, it also has its own family-owned bodega called Vinya Taujana – which produces locally-sourced wines using artisan and sustainable methods. Santa Eugenia is 5 minutes from Santa Maria del Camí and about 20 minutes from the airport, the centre of Palma and the nearby beaches.
