Alquería Blanca is a very sympathetic village that, due to its charm and its friendly inhabitants, is a popular place to stay and is located in a hilly area. There are cozy bars and restaurants around the little "Plaza". Every Tuesday there is a small weekly market where you can buy fresh fruits and vegetables, cheese, olives, tomatoes and flowers as well as clothing, leather and jewelery. The nearest beach is Cala Mondrago whichis easy and fast to reach in just a few minutes by car. The exclusive marina Cala d'Or and the 18-hole golf course Vall d'Or are about 15 minutes away. It takes about 45 minutes to drive to Palma Airport.
